JR Civil’s greatest strength is its people.
From experienced operators to apprentices learning their trade, our team brings expertise and dedication to every project. We value straightforward communication and hands-on professionalism.
Management team
Steph is our in-house Quantity Surveyor having over eight years’ experience in the Civil Construction Industry with a Diploma in Construction (level 6) qualification. She has worked on some big projects such as NCTIR (the Kaikoura Earthquake recovery), Mt Messenger Bypass and Te Ara Tupua Alliance (Wellington Shared Path), managing the best outcomes in all aspects of the projects, including procurement and subcontractor management, maintaining and updating monthly forecasts, cash flows and earn value while assisting the project managers with programming.
Since starting with JR Civil, she has taken on a Project Manager role, where she has started to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet goals on time, within budget, and to the quality standards by planning, executing, and closing initiatives. She coordinates resources, manages risks, communicates with stakeholders, and guides the team, acting as the central point of contact to bridge strategy and execution, ultimately delivering successful outcomes.
